2、 When binding, it is advisable to avoid crossing as much as possible. Generally, segmented and continuous step-by-step binding is used, followed by winding one by one, and finally filling the groove. In order to save time, one friction chuck can be used at each end to tie the non weft belt, and the binding can be carried out simultaneously;
3、 Wrap it flat and with the appropriate thickness, end the end at the middle of the end clamp, cut the end evenly to ensure it is firmly and flat without warping. Then, apply a thin layer of 1032 paint on the surface of the bound end clamp, hang it in the oven, and heat it for curing.
4、 Generally, the binding starts from the inner end and connects with the parallel head cover from the straight corner to the outer end. Large DC motors are tied from the outer end.
During the process of wrapping and tying without weft bands, the following precautions should be taken:
1. The end clamp of the winding without weft must have sufficient tension, be tightly and firmly tied, have a flat and smooth surface, and cannot be higher than the surface of the iron core.
2. The curing is good, and the tapping inspection should be solid, emitting a clear and crisp metallic sound. The curing is integrated without burrs.
3. There should be sufficient width and thickness, and when there are ventilation holes in the end winding, they should not be blocked.
